Do people still read these things?

I've been off of deviantArt for a while... sorry about that, I guess? xD  I've been going through a lot.  Dealing with a long distance relationship with my S.O., my brother being in Afghanistan for the army, my job still sucking majorly and my issues with anxiety and depression... I haven't had that much time for deviantart.  This kinda sucks since I really needed to be taking pictures of the things I make for my portfolio/gallery here there's nothing you can do. :<

But I recently got through with IchibanCon this past weekend.  It did fairly well. I would have to say it was much needed - I had a great time with my friends and it was nice not having to worry about much for once. Well other than staff stuffs.  My table went ok as well, but I think the new venue hurt everyone's sales in the artist alley...

Anyway, I wanted to make this post so me posting new deviations isn't so random. XD  I've been up to a lot so the things I've posted so far are just a dent in what's under my belt craft/sewing wise.

One thing I don't have photos of that I wish I did is this awesome Princess Bubblegum cosplay a friend had commissioned from me!  It was originally for Halloween but she's been wearing it to cons.  I'm really glad she likes it so much!  I also had tons of fun making it.

Things in the works:

-Finn's backpack from Adventure Time (for said friend's boyfriend's cosplay xD)
-Biiig bear plush purse (this will be adorable. TRUST.)
-Legend of Zelda inspired heart meter pillow (sitting right in front of me atm. Will be posting WIP pictures soon)
-Dolly kei spoon necklaces

And don't think I've forgotten that I used to write. Well, actually I'm just getting over writers block. xD  But I do have some literature that I'm either working on at the moment or that are in the planning stages.  I have a Zelda/Peach fanfiction and two original stories up my sleeves right now. I figure if I keep myself busy at least I won't have time to worry about other stuff.
