So visiting SCAD was awesome! I got great feedback on my portfolio, but I still have work to do. I applied, so that means I have to take the SAT and add more actual work to my portfolio to make it the way I want it to be. I'm going to finish some projects I think will be worthy to add and also maybe start on some clothing items to see if I can finish them in time. I have a Cat Skirt I've had the fabric for a while for that I want to get cranked out, I have the waist band for my 'Your Ex-Lover is Dead' skirt to finish and I still have those two Mori-girl dresses I wanna get done, too.

...Actually now that I think about it, I might even make the cat skirt a JSK. I definitely have the fabric for it and I'd hate to have just skirts shown in my portfolio even if they are my best work ATM.

I have until February to get all of this done to be considered for enrolling for next fall. *dies*

Any writing things I had planned will probably have to be held back once again, sadly -- but they are still in my mind!! My work with Sculpty will have to as well... but not so much I think because I could also add that stuff into my portfolio as well. :3

Sooo... lots of work to do! And on top of that I have my actual job, but that's no biggy. Even if it means I have to move I'm pretty excited about possibly getting into SCAD.

I ran into some lolitas while I was there! They weren't decked out or anything like I kinda was, but one of the girls had on a Teddy Motors dress made by Meta which was kinda cute. xD


ALSO!! I am 21 years old as of the 9th. Yes, I am aware I look nothing close to it, but now you can tell me that while your feeling awkward that a 12 year old looking girl in frilly clothing is downing shots in your presence. xDD I cannot wait to be asked for ID even when I'm 30 something - I know its going to happen. >_>
